Luxury Liner Eye Liner Pencils
Mineral pencils infused with anti-aging fruit and vegetable extracts of Avocado, Lemon, Grapeseed, Tomato, Kiwi and Pear coupled with Vitamin E creates a formula that nourishes and hydrates the delicate eye area. The double ended gel pencil glides on the lid like a liquid liner and can be used to feather, smoke or smudge with the blending sponge. Buildable color that is smudge proof and waterproof once it is applied. TIP: We recommend using Double Up! eye makeup remover to remove the product. Also, our sharpener is designed especially for the Luxury Liner pencils to maintain a sharp gel point while effectively removing the soft, plastic barrel.
