What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label products?
Our MOQs vary by product type. Most lip and eye products start at 12 units per shade, while foundations and mineral powders typically start at 6–12 units. Custom blend formulations may have different minimums. Contact us for specific MOQs for any product line.
How long does it take to produce a private label order?
Standard turnaround for private label orders is 4–6 weeks from approved artwork and payment. Custom blend formulations that require development time may take 6–10 weeks. Rush production is available for an additional fee.
Can I put my own label and branding on Colorlab products?
Yes — that's exactly what we specialize in! All of our Ready-to-Wear and Custom Blend products can be sold under your brand name with your custom labels, packaging, and logo.
Do you offer custom formula development?
Absolutely. Our Custom Blend system allows you to create your own unique formulas for lipstick, foundation, mineral powder, and airbrush cosmetics. Work directly with our in-house formulators to develop signature shades and formulas.
Are your products FDA compliant and cruelty-free?
All Colorlab products are manufactured in compliance with FDA cosmetic regulations. We offer cruelty-free and vegan options across many of our product lines. Please contact us for specific certifications on any product you're interested in.
What is the difference between Ready-to-Wear and Custom Blend?
Ready-to-Wear (RTW) products are pre-formulated cosmetics that you brand and sell as-is. Custom Blend products allow you to mix and customize shades and formulas in-salon or create unique formulations for your brand. Both can be private labeled.
Do you offer display units and merchandising support?
Yes! We carry a full line of display units, testers, and POP (point-of-purchase) graphics designed specifically for our product lines. Our team can help you plan an eye-catching retail display setup.
